Value Methodology Fundamentals 1

-Introduce conceptual framework of VM Job Plan.
-Obtain Value Methodology Associate (VMA) certification from the Society of American Value Engineers (SAVE International).
-Core Competency Testing

VE Awareness Sessions

The course will provide a basic understanding of the Value Methodology Job plan as proposed by the SAVE International (Society of American Value Engineers). This instructor-led workshop introduces the students to Value methodology that is proven effective in improving creativity and help them to pursue innovative solutions for the problems that they see. The course is delivered in an interactive style supplemented with the practical experience of working on a project of their choice. This ensures the conceptual and practical knowledge of the methodology.

VE Project Workshop

The course will expose them to the Value Methodology Job plan as proposed by the SAVE International (Society of American Value Engineers). This session will give the participants an awareness of function analysis and its use in developing innovative solutions to problems. The course is delivered in an interactive style supplemented with the practical examples. This ensures the conceptual knowledge of the methodology.
